Thank you for reply.
Visual Studio 2012/2013 has already installed Nuget Package Mabager. (VS2010 optional)

I found a question on
I removed <Reference> tag from .vsixmanifest file.
Installation succeeded.

But an other error occured. The project file cannot be opened...
There is a missing project subtype.
Subtype: '{EFBA0AD7-5A72-4C68-AF49-83D382785DCF}' is unsupported by this installation.
Also, I tried to install EmptyProject.WP8.vsix.
removed reference tag. Installation, creating new project, building, all succeeded.

Thanks! I will remove those references from the vsix templates. VS2010 is only used for Microsoft XNA builds, so this removal should be safe for future and present-day projects.

I'll check on that missing project subtype. That was in the android vsix? Odd.
