Different between Cocos2d xna and Monogame

I'm confuse with Cocos2d-XNA in, Cocos2d-XNA in and Monogame. What is the different between them.

Now, I looking for a Cocos2d XNA version which can cope with IAP in C# and Ads in C#.
So that I can developer a game with IAP or Ads in Windows phone platform.
(I need Cocos2d-xna because it support C#, that can be integrate to Windows phone IAP and Ads in C# code)
Pls advise.

Cocos2d-X : C++ version of cocos2d
cocos2d-phone : iphone version of cocos2d (objective-c)

Getting ads to work with C# is non-trivial, but it can work. We've had limited success recently. As for IAP, you will likely have more success since IAP is handled through web requests, unlike the Ads that use custom asset providers.
